<p><strong>各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局：</strong></p><p> 为贯彻落实国家发展改革委、国家卫生计生委、人力资源社会保障部等七部门《关于印发推进药品价格改革意见的通知》（发改价格[2015]904号）精神，我委对此前制定和调整药品价格的文件进行了清理，决定公布废止部分药品价格文件。现将有关问题通知如下：</p><p> 自2015年6月1日起，附件《公布废止的药品价格文件目录》中所列文件一律废止。该目录之外的药品价格文件，凡不涉及麻醉药品和第一类精神药品价格的同时废止。</p><p> </p><p align="right">国家发展改革委</p><p align="right">2015年5月4日</p>
