<p><strong>各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局、卫生计生委（局）、人力资源社会保障厅（局）、工业和信息化厅（局）、财政厅（局）、商务厅（局）、食品药品监管局：</strong></p><p>　　根据党的十八届三中全会精神和医药卫生体制改革的总体要求，国家发展改革委、国家卫生计生委、人力资源社会保障部、工业和信息化部、财政部、商务部、食品药品监管总局制定了《推进药品价格改革的意见》，经国务院同意，现印发你们，请遵照执行，并就有关事项通知如下：</p><p>　　一、自2015年6月1日起，除麻醉药品和第一类精神药品外，取消原政府制定的药品价格。麻醉、第一类精神药品仍暂时由国家发展改革委实行最高出厂价格和最高零售价格管理。</p><p>　　二、此前有关药品价格管理政策规定，凡与本通知规定不符的一律废止，以本通知规定为准。</p><p>　　三、各地价格、卫生计生、人力资源社会保障等部门要按照《推进药品价格改革的意见》，研究制定具体政策措施，强化医药费用和价格行为综合监管，做好政策解读和舆论引导工作，确保改革顺利推进。</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p align="right">国家发展改革委</p><p align="right">国家卫生计生委</p><p align="right">人力资源社会保障部</p><p align="right">工业和信息化部</p><p align="right">财　　政　　部</p><p align="right">商　　务　　部</p><p align="right">食品药品监管总局</p><p align="right">2015年5月4日</p>
